Leadership
Kerry Monahan-Gaughan, Founder and President of Concept Printing and Promotions, has more than 25 years of printing industry experience. With an in-depth understanding of the printing process and technology, she takes pride in knowing how to get the project done in an efficient, cost-effective manner with quality foremost in mind.
In the 1990s, Kerry added promotional products to her company’s services, a move which allowed her to successfully weather two economic downturns and continue to meet her clients’ on demand print needs. Kerry later became Nationally Certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) a designation that allows her to bid on contracts for state, county and local governmental entities. She now employs sales and customer service representatives who service government entities and Fortune 500 companies that seek to partner with WBEs. In addition, Kerry is certified in New Jersey, New York State, and New York City.
A strong believer in supporting the professional growth of other women, Kerry has mentored female high school students during summer internships, later hiring some of them as sales managers and customer service representatives. Her skill for identifying and nurturing talent enabled her to institute cutting edge technology with an in-house IT department that includes an e-commerce website. She also actively supports local causes for the less fortunate and has traveled as far as India to bring school supplies and other essentials to needy children. When Kerry is not running Concept Printing’s myriad printing and production operations, she can be found running 5Ks, 10Ks and half marathons competitively, and has won many running awards. Her team is sponsored by Adidas.
After attending college, Kelley O'Brien joined her mother's firm as Manager of Operations. She has become a great asset to the firm and was responsible for training all Concept Printing, Inc. employees the policy and procedures for handling print orders.

Nicholas O'Brien is responsible for sourcing overseas high-volume orders, implementing OrderDesk, our web-to-print solution that allows our clients access to ordering online, view their templates, making revisions, track orders which simplifies the order process.
Ann Begley, Production Manager has been with the firm for over 15 years. Ann is involved with the daily operations of the firm including scheduling print jobs, handling requests for quotes and the processing of client orders. Ann's attention to detail, charming personality and of course Irish accent keeps our clients coming back year after year.
